"Go to Grow: Transforming Lives and Communities through College Completion," the African American College Completion Summit, has invited policy makers, secondary and higher education leaders, researchers and representatives from non-profit and philanthropic organizations. The summit is hosted by Associated Black Charities and its partners, the American Association of Community Colleges, Baltimore City Public Schools, Citi, College Bound Foundation, Fund for Education Excellence, Playing with Purpose Foundation, and the Abell Foundation, with special thanks to Ed Davies and Chineta Davies. The goal is to develop a public policy and advocacy agenda that will improve college readiness, access and completion rates for African American youth.
