Are you aware of how your thinking affects your body language, and ultimately your behavior? Do you know the body language cues that can help you determine whether or not you are reaching your audience? As a motivated professional, do you spend hours reading and taking training to get ahead in your career? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may benefit from a Thursday, Nov. 19 session with Janine Driver, NBC Today contributor and author of The Master of Success. Driver will present "The Lyin' Tamer Reveals: Are Your Mouth and Body Speaking the Same Language?," beginning at 6 p.m. in the University of Baltimore's Student Center Performing Arts Theater, 21 W. Mt. Royal Ave.

UB's Office of Alumni Relations and the Office of Human Resources are proud to co-sponsor this event, which is open to the general public, as well as UB students, faculty, staff and alumni. Tickets for the event are $25 each for the public, $20 for alumni, faculty and staff, and $10 for UB students.

Driver, a former federal officer, has trained more than 300,000 police officers, lawyers and judges in the art of separating fact from fiction, in high-pressure situations such as interrogations and trials.

For more information on the speaker and to register, click here. All attendees will receive a complimentary electronic copy of Driver's workbook, Business Bloopers Successful People Avoid at All Costs, a $65 value.

Driver recently appeared on CNN to analyze the family of the so-called "Balloon Boy." Her appearance, in which she made news with her early assertion that a hoax was being perpetrated, is here. She also recently sent greetings about her appearance at UB via a video on YouTube.

The University of Baltimore is a member of the University System of Maryland and comprises the School of Law, the Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts and the Merrick School of Business.
