Spotlight UB and An die Musik are proud to host jazz pianist and composer James Weidman, widely considered one of the best jazz accompanists in the world, on Friday, Nov. 13 at 8 p.m. in the University of Baltimore's Student Center Performing Arts Theater, 21 W. Mt. Royal Ave.
Weidman has played and recorded with Max Roach, Woody Herman, Archie Shepp, James Moody, Slide Hampton and blues diva Dakota Staton, among others.
